Gym goers have a ton of exercises to choose from. Each exercise usually targets a specific part of your body and it strengthens a specific muscle group in your body. But what if we were to rank all gym exercises? Which exercises would rank number 1? Obviously, the exercise on top would be the one that targets the most body parts and strengthens them at the same time. That exercise is undoubtedly the ‘Deadlift.’

The Deadlift is a seemingly simple enough exercise that targets numerous body parts. If you have not heard its name before, then you must have seen people perform this exercise in the gym (see image above). You simply lift a bar with weights attached and stand up right. This simple action targets your neck muscles, shoulders, abs, back, legs, calves, biceps, and triceps. Given how simple the exercise is and how it gives you an overall muscle workout, the Deadlift is definitely one of the most amazing exercise you can perform at the gym.
